In 20+ years of working in HR, I’ve learned a few key mantras:
1) Know what you know and what you can do. Find the right partner for the things you need help with. Know what to refer.
2) Actively care for the people who choose to work with you and expect your leadership.
3) Assume pure intentions in others.
4) There are so many possible solutions. Improve the process and engage your teams in making work better.
I’m confident Parcel can help, and look forward to the opportunities to learn more about your corner of the world, or your parcel, rather.
